Overview:

Tak is renowned for its exceptional gastronomy and warm hospitality. We are currently seeking passionate and talented chefs to join our team for the summer season, with the possibility of continued employment afterwards. Responsibilities:

• Work diligently in assigned station (hot or cold), ensuring proper preparation for service and maintaining required production pace as directed by sous chefs.
• Maintain consistency in food production quality during service.
• Adhere to high standards of performance, appearance, and punctuality.
• Follow health and safety regulations set by the hotel.
• Perform daily cleaning routines and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Daily control of received stock and management of wastage.
• Assist with monthly inventories when required.

Background and Personal Characteristics:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various ingredients and cuisines.
• Thrives in busy service environments and excels under pressure.
• Ambitious and committed to upholding high standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Takes ownership of work and can work autonomously.
• Organized with a strong sense of professionalism.
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and food.
• Fluent in Swedish or English.
